Job Description
Join Focused Staffing Group as a SPED Teacher and be a catalyst for positive change! Provide developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Early Learning Standards and developmental frameworks, supporting students in gross and fine motor skills, social-emotional development, and creative expression.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education
- Hold or be eligible for educator licensure/certification in Early Childhood Special Education
- Strong classroom management, organization, planning, and instructional delivery skills
- Proficient in using differentiated instruction and engaging teaching methods
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and families
- A record of effective leadership, professional conduct, reliability, and collaboration
