The 5* Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort in Fodele, Heraklion, and the 4* The Syntopia hotel in Rethymno, Crete, are seeking to hire a permanent HR Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for the overall organization, development, and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of departments and providing a high-quality experience for all employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or a company with a large workforce
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
