Requirements

• 1 year experience as a leasing professional
• Experience with virtual and in-person community tours
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
• Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
