The Development Coordinator is responsible for administrative aspects of development and communication for Corporate Development at National headquarters. This position will play a key role in all fundraising activities, including donor relations, marketing and communications, and special events.
Requirements
- Attend donor meetings and take notes as requested for Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.
- Provide support with accounting-related tasks like donor invoicing, receipting, and donor acknowledgements.
- Assist with invitations and special mailings (mailing lists, mail merges, etc.).
- Maintain stewardship swag inventory for Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.
- Maintain donor touch points/stewarding as assigned by Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.
- Proactively manage donor records to ensure accurate tracking of donor-related activities.
- Create reports to support fundraising and stewardship initiatives.
- Ensure donor lists (including email lists) are up to date.
- Support donor prospect development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
