Job Description
Follett Products, LLC is seeking a Systems Specialist to join their team in Easton, PA. The successful candidate will support existing IS systems, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot various technologies, and work closely with other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years' experience.
- Microsoft certification preferred.
- Experience working with hosting and cloud providers.
- Experience working on teams developing IT related projects.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated; must be able to multitask and quickly realign priorities.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of IT security.
