Barista

We are hiring a Barista to join our team at a client location in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate is comfortable with customers, technology, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Prior barista and cashier experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Comfortable with customers and providing customer service
• Able to handle cash and provide accurate change
• Friendly, high energy, and comfortable interacting with others
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand on feet for up to 2 hours
• Comfortable with technology and running a POS system
• Prior barista and cashier experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
