Fooda is looking for an HR Analyst to join their team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for HR systems, reporting, analytics, and process optimization. They will serve as a super-user and administrator of Fooda's HRIS, build and maintain reports, and assist with HR technology implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data/Analytics, HR, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, People Operations, payroll, or similar data-heavy roles
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS (UKG Ready, ADP, Workday, Paycom, or similar)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, formulas)
- Proven ability to interpret data and communicate insights
- Experience improving processes, identifying inefficiencies, and automating workflows
- Displays highest level of discretion with confidential employee information
