Event Coordinator

Event Coordinator – TSEA (Technical Services) role to extend FoodChain ID's growth by providing executional and oversight capacity for all events supporting the TSEA division.

Requirements

• Manage and run events based on the strategy developed alongside the Growth Marketing Director and TSEA Division.
• Handle communication with sales teams and GMs, event timelines, budgets, subcontractors and resource/staffing allocation.
• Collaborate with divisional Product Marketing Manager for messaging and materials.
• Conduct pre-event team meetings for planning and post-event evaluations, with support from the communications/brand director.
• Maintain metrics across events, such as leads, cost-per-lead, MQLs, opportunity value, and closed-won sales value.
