Requirements
- Professionally manage a team of Customer Success consultants
- Meet and exceed customer retention goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Analyze customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Gain a thorough understanding of assigned client’s needs and processes
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from Foodics and collaborate with the sales team to help upsell additional services
- Identify risks to client success and develop and execute retention plans
- Drive resolution of escalated account issues
- Gain and maintain expert knowledge of Foodics products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and restaurant management technology
