Associate - Plot Sales

Join our Plot Sales team as a Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer and contribute to the smooth conclusion of development lifecycle for national housebuilders, regional developers, and registered providers.

Requirements

• Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer with Practice Rights / Licensed Conveyancer
• Up to 2 years’ PQE and a current practising certificate
• Experience in plot sales or new build conveyancing
• Ability to handle technical work and a willingness to learn more complex aspects of setting up new build development sites for sales and shared ownership disposals
