Requirements

• Some paralegal experience (ideally property or banking related) along with the desire to work in our Islamic Finance team
• Ambition and drive, with a proactive, problem solving attitude
• Excellent clear, concise and effective written communication skills together with great attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and the ability to reassure and act calmly and professionally at all times
• The ability to develop and demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude in making decisions on a day to day basis
• A commercial, client focused approach, with confident, professional internal and external client facing skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Well organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• The desire to work effectively with a friendly, collaborative team in a multi-site business
