Assistant Store Manager

We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening in Glasgow in Spring 2026. The role involves assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day responsibilities, modelling effective leadership, and offering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Exceptional organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry and current market trends
