Store Supervisor

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our stores based at Lakeside. The primary function is to oversee Retail staff’s work, monitoring employee activity, solving problems, and assisting customers. The role involves supporting the Store Manager to maximize sales and ensure a service-first mentality.

Requirements

• Passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos
• Previous experience in Fashion Retail
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of Sales Assistants
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient and highly organized with a customer-focused attitude
