Landscaper Crew Lead (Lawn Maintenance & Enhancements)

We are seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Landscaper to lead an Enhancement Crew. This team takes yards to the next level with meticulous detail work and fine tuning, above and beyond routine lawn maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no major MVR infractions
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
• Strong understanding of how and when to prune and trim shrubs
• Detail-oriented mindset and keen eye
• Previous professional lawn maintenance experience with focus on enhancement
• Landscape lighting and/or irrigation experience a plus
• Ability to operate equipment proficiently and safely
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions, both hot and cold
• Physical capability to lift greater than 50 lbs
