Cafeteria Cook
The Cook prepares and serves nutritious meals to patients and staff, maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, and oversees patients in completion of their house jobs
Medical Director
Must have a Doctoral degree in Medicine or a related field, and at least 1-2 years of experience in primary care, hospital medicine or urgent care
Medical Administrative Manager
Minimum of 3 years experience in management, Bachelor's degree, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to pass pre-employment or for cause drug tests
Full-Time RN or LPN – NOC Shift – 3,000 Sign-On Bonus
RN or LPN license, BLS CPR & 1st Aid Certification, basic knowledge of substance use disorders, and knowledge of nursing theory and practice
NOC LPN/RN Shift Supervisor
RN/LPN with 1+ year experience in withdrawal management unit or equivalent experience
On Call RN Withdrawal Management
Current Oregon Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license, 2 plus years in behavioral health care and one plus years direct patient care
Medical Technician
High school diploma or equivalent, first aid/CPR certification, one year caregiving experience
On Call LPN Withdrawal Management
Current LPN license in Oregon, experience with SUD and detox/withdrawal, flexibility with scheduling
Part Time 60 RN or LPN NOC Shift
Current RN or LPN license, BLS CPR & 1st Aid Certification, basic knowledge of substance use disorders
Dual Diagnosis Counselor - Out Patient (Signing Bonus)
Master's degree in counseling psychology, social work, or other behavioral health field, current QMHP as verified by MHACBO, or equivalent, and CADC I required within 2 years of hire
