On Call LPN Withdrawal Management

We are seeking on-call Licensed Practical Nurses to join a growing medical team dedicated to the care of vulnerable individuals seeking to decrease their use of drugs or alcohol.

Requirements

• Current LPN licensed in Oregon
• Experience with SUD and detox/withdrawal preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling
• LVN (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)
