Senior Manager, Advisor Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or a structured GM/rotational program
• Proven ability to own and exceed business targets in a customer, member, or advisor-focused organization
• Strong commercial acumen and track record connecting engagement strategies directly to revenue, retention, and adoption metrics
• Advanced analytical skills, comfortable with BI tools, dashboards, and translating data into decisions
• Experience in strategic journey mapping, segmentation, and program design
• Exceptional communication and influence skills; proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward common commercial goals
