Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and updating plant 2D layouts, managing the plant's Vault layout and drawing system, and leading plant innovation efforts. You will also be responsible for advising the plant team on layout standards, maintaining drawings in the Vault system, and supporting plant innovation projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD and Vault software
• Knowledge of Global Ford Production System and Manufacturing Engineering requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
