Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Selectable Drive Mode Engineer to lead product teams in developing new customer selectable Drive Modes and enhancing existing ones to satisfy the diverse experiential and task-based needs of our customers.
Requirements
- Develop new customer Selectable Drive Modes (SDM) and enhance existing ones
- Translate customer preferences into experience vision and strategy
- Identify and manage trade-offs with affected vehicle attributes/systems
- Interface with design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Lead drill down to operational functional requirements
- Verify requirements are met at different development phases
- Conduct in-vehicle development and validation testing
- Lead issue triage, tracking and resolution
