Staff Electrical Integration and Development Engineer

Ford’s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is seeking a Staff Electrical Integration and Development Engineer to focus on the electrical integration, troubleshooting, and development of prototype test assets and vehicles. This role involves collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure vehicles meet high standards of performance and reliability, and bridging the gap between design and manufacturing. The position requires a technical leader focused on problem-solving and ensuring a smooth production process.

Requirements

• Drive the electrical bring-up of prototype vehicles.
• Spearhead vehicle-level issue diagnosis and triage.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and integration engineers.
• Lead electrical integration activities with manufacturing.
• Create release artifacts and documentation.
