Vehicle Integration Engineer

The Vehicle Integration Engineer will be a key voice for customer innovation within the Ford/Lincoln vehicle programs. They will drive design around customer-valued features and performance, and will act as a bridge between engineering, design, and program management. This is a cross-functional opportunity with high visibility and limited travel required.

Requirements

• Be the Voice of the Customer for a new large-scale, global product
• Support the Vehicle Engineering Manager in their role as Chief Technical Officer on your program
• Lead cross-attribute and cross-functional engineering issue resolution
• Understand customer-perceived vehicle attribute performance
• Champion development of features that differentiate and delight our customers
• Represent VE during prototype and pre-production builds
• Lead subjective-drive evaluations and identify customer-level and engineering issues
