Job Description
Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre Messe offers an in-house technician position with a focus on maintaining the technical functionality of the hotel's guest rooms and buildings. The role involves daily inspections, repairs, and supervisor of contractors, as well as learning and development opportunities. Requirements
- Regular control of the technical equipment in the guest rooms.
- Daily house tours for building condition and outdoor facilities.
- Inspection of building technical equipment.
- Recording and processing of defects in the building and equipment.
- Contacting and supervising contractors and service providers.
- Carrying out repairs and painting work.
- Professional knowledge of German.
