Senior Sales Operations Manager

Forescout is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales operations and drive cross-functional alignment to support revenue growth. The role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving sales processes, managing CRM and sales technology tools, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to sales representatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools, with the ability to manage data, create dashboards, and generate performance insights.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced analytical or CRM certifications are a plus.
