Job Description
Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Data Analyst to power data-driven decision-making across product development, clinical outcomes, operations, and business performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics
- 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools
- Able to turn ambiguous business questions into clear, structured analyses and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
