Job Description
Formlabs is seeking a Director of Software Product Management to lead the development and execution of their software roadmap. The role involves all aspects of the software product lifecycle, from conception to commercialization, collaborating with engineering teams and a wide range of leaders. The Director will be a product thought leader and mentor for the team, driving decisions and navigating ambiguity.
Requirements
- Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role
- Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
- Drive processes forward and have a bias for action
