Production Specialist II

The Production Specialist II is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality resin batch production. This role bridges hands-on production with team leadership, managing workflows, supporting team members, and assisting the Production Supervisor to meet production, safety, and quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Prior leadership or team lead experience is strongly preferred
