Job Description
Formlabs is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to help build and refine their 3D printing lines. The role involves improving manufacturing processes, analyzing production line performance, and collaborating with contract manufacturers. Equity is a core component of compensation, with base pay dependent on individual contributions and market rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience working with overseas contract manufacturers or suppliers
- Proactive problem solver
- Successfully brought electro-mechanical products or projects to market on time and within budget
- Experience evaluating production line performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field
