Job Description
Formlabs is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to drive customer engagement and loyalty around their 3D printing solutions. This role focuses on the customer lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction, through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage marketing tactics to build a loyal customer base and maximize lifetime value.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical or technical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns
- A deep understanding of customer needs
- Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly
- Strong curiosity about our customer base and product
- Experience with marketing email platforms and CRM systems
