About the Company
We perform education and training for the needs of the Swedish Armed Forces as well as other principals. Our central courses are usually carried out at any of our facilities while the remaining courses usually are carried out locally in cooperation with the arranging organisation. Today, most of our education and training is for the Swedish Armed Forces.
Job Description
The Voluntary Communications Officer position is a voluntary resource that can be called in at crises when the authority's own resources do not suffice and at high alert or war. The role involves monitoring the surroundings, working with materials for questions and answers, creating media images, and other communicative support.
Requirements
- Permanently resident in Sweden
- Between 18 and 65 years old
- Good health and mental balance
- Full working capacity
- Relevant education and at least one year of work experience in communication
- Experience in monitoring surroundings of traditional media, social media, and other authorities' external communication
- Experience in publishing in digital channels
- Good sense of language and experience of writing, editing, and adapting texts for different channels
