Fortidia is searching for a Business Development Coach to drive revenue performance across PostNet and World Options franchise locations. The role involves coaching and supporting franchise owners, driving revenue growth, and promoting adoption of core solutions and national programs. The position is based at Fortidia US headquarters and requires approximately 50% travel to support franchise owners and center teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales coaching, franchise support, or multi-location environments
- Experience working directly with franchise owners or small business operators strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Exposure to shipping, logistics, print, or services-based businesses is a plus
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer value
- Ability to influence without authority and lead through partnership
- Comfort operating across multiple brands and business models
- Solid business and financial acumen, with interest in continued development
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
- Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions
