Cloud Solutions Systems Engineer

Fortinet is seeking a skilled Cloud Specialist Systems Engineer to drive the adoption of their cutting-edge cloud security solutions across major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). The role involves designing and delivering cloud security solutions, conducting proof of concepts, and collaborating with customers and stakeholders. They are seeking someone who understands cloud market dynamics and can effectively communicate technical concepts.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of Public Cloud services on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
• Experience in network security concepts and technologies including VPN, Proxies, Authentication mechanisms (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and Firewall principles.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
• Experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker, and their security implications in cloud environments.
• Understanding of APIs and applications in cloud environments.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer engagements, internal meetings and cloud marketing events.
