Job Description
This HRIS Application Specialist role is responsible for implementing new requirements, supporting HR processes, and improving systems within Fortinet. The role involves collaboration with Business Partners, requiring expertise in HCM solutions and hands-on implementation. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct HRIS experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, system support, and implementation experience
- Strong understanding of data Loading, data extracts, OTBI, BIP, and integrations
- Experience with Redwood UI/UX and VBS tool
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated judgement and discretion
- Excellent documentation skills
