Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to work directly with customers, providing on-site technical services, including security infrastructure design, deployment, testing, and optimization. The role involves building client relationships, maintaining technical documentation, and offering training. It requires a collaborative team player who can thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products
- Experience with designing and implementing FortiGate solutions (design and implementation)
- Experience with complex routing and WAN environments where BGP, OSFP is a requirement
- Experience in maintaining, deploying or designing MPLS networks in particular L3 VPN
- Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. ZTP, integration into orchestrator, controllers and dashboard)
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team in a collaborative environment
- Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills
