Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a Major Account Manager in a defined territory. The role involves assisting with pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales technical matters. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, technical support, and training identified customers.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
- 5 – 7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus technologies
- Excellent presentation skills
