Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization with technical matters. The role involves pre-sales assistance, sales calls, post-sales technical support, and customer training. The ideal candidate will be proficient in networking applications and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
- 5 – 7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Proven understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus.
- Exceptional presentation skills
