Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Vocational/Technical school and/or college
- 2-3 years of property maintenance experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- HVAC certification
- General property operations knowledge
- Pool care/CPO license (where applicable)
- Strong communication skills
- Good decision making ability
