Job Description
Assist the Inpatient Department (IPD) in managing admissions and beds to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize bed utilization and admissions processes. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient flow and bed management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital admissions, bed management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
