Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Floorperson- California Games representative to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience. Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Provide seating and service to customers
• Monitor dealers and service performance
• Assign service personnel within the section
• Explain seating policy and provide brief instructions to customers
• Observe and report on all aspects of games, rules, procedures, and check for any irregular activities
• Display working knowledge of all games offered in the casino
• Perform regular table touches, greeting guest and making self-available to dealers
• Assist in administering promotions
• Stay on task and fulfill all tasks in a timely manner
