Job Description
Gordian is seeking a Construction Account Manager to assist in providing support and training of Gordian products and services centered around Job Order Contracting for clients in a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management, construction management, or general contracting experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management, construction management, construction procurement, or general contracting related experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial public construction operations, pricing and contracting
- High level analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
