Construction Account Manager

Gordian is seeking a Construction Account Manager to support our effort to continue to be the premier Job Order Contracting (JOC) consulting agency. The ideal candidate will assist Gordian in providing support and training of all Gordian products and services centered around Job Order Contracting for clients in a specific geographic area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or comparable work experience
• 5+ years of project management, construction management, construction procurement, or general contracting related experience in both facilities and road construction preferred
• Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial public construction operations, pricing and contracting, including scope development and estimating/price proposal development
