Fluke is seeking a Country Manager to lead our business operations in Vietnam, driving sustained growth, increasing market share and profitability, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all aspects of Fluke’s business operations in Vietnam
- Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion
- Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, resellers, customers and suppliers
- Develop and implement long-term growth plans aligned with regional and global business goals
- Identifying new opportunities and development of existing and/or new sales channels
- Weekly/Monthly sales forecasting to Management
- Work with regional Marketing to implement and execute marketing activities for brand awareness/market share gain
- Implement sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team
- Local operational efficiency and best practice implementation
- Represent Fluke’s brand and values in the Vietnamese market
- Manage and groom a seasonable high-performance team to meet company objectives
