Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

ServiceChannel is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, particularly within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, and be proficient with.Net and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
• Lead the testing efforts for complex software projects, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.
