Job Description
We are looking for a power plant manager who wants to commit to hydroelectric power and develop the facilities in the long term with a team of experienced experts. The task involves managing the design and implementation of maintenance projects and performing technical tasks for high-voltage equipment, including shutdown planning, maintenance, and technical maintenance.
Requirements
- Electrical engineering education (inspector) and S1 electrical aptitude
- Experience as a power plant manager or similar tasks, such as electrical engineering in industry
- Good teamwork and communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility
- Systematic and analytical work
- Ability to work under pressure and solve situations calmly
- Long-term thinking and courage to seek innovative solutions
