Case Manager Mentor

The Case Manager Mentor is responsible for completing client intakes, managing a caseload, and providing group facilitation when needed. They will serve as a positive role model, leveraging lived experience and community credibility to build trust, foster accountability, and support participants in achieving personal and legal goals through mentoring sessions.

Requirements

• One year of case management experience
• High school diploma or GED/HSE
• Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice involvement
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Strong Microsoft Office and database entry skills
• Strong assessment and engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Lived experience with the criminal justice system and/or history of community engagement
