Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the Behavioral Health Unit, working directly with the Better Living Center. They will provide clinical supervision and crisis support to social workers, provide therapy to clients with histories of criminal justice involvement, and supervise LMSW/LMHC staff.

Requirements

• LCSW required
• Minimum of three years overall clinical experience required
• Experience in dealing with either psychiatric issues, trauma or incarceration desired
• Excellent client-engagement and counseling skills
• Excellent clinical documentation and time management skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in electronic health records
