The Help Desk Support Technician II provides advanced technical support and acts as a Tier 2 escalation point for the Help Desk team, responsible for the efficient diagnosis and resolution of complex hardware, software, and network issues. This role manages IT assets, provides mentorship to junior staff, and collaborates with senior technical teams to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
