We are looking for a social worker/social educator to join our team at our alternative schools. As a member of our team, you will work with students and trainees, offering counseling, support, and guidance. Your role will involve addressing exceptional life situations, promoting social competencies, and developing educational programs. You will work collaboratively with our multiprofessional team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.

Requirements

• Completion of studies as a social educator or social worker or equivalent qualifications
• Communication skills and pleasure in counseling students, students, trainees in exceptional life situations and with inclusion needs
• Organizational talent and counseling competence
• Good industry knowledge
• Enjoy working with people and team work
• A very good expression in word and writing in the German language
