Performance Marketing Manager/in 38 Std./Woche (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead campaigns to success and shape the next level in Performance Marketing. The role involves planning, implementation, and optimization of sales-relevant Performance Marketing campaigns, efficient budget management, and identification of new traffic, sales, and subscription channels.

Requirements

• Independent planning, implementation, and optimization of sales-relevant Performance Marketing campaigns with a focus on Paid Advertising and media planning
• Efficient budget management for maximum impact of our marketing spend
• Identification, establishment, and development of new traffic, sales, and subscription channels as well as innovative platforms and cooperations
• Continuous development of our SEA and Affiliate activities
• Analysis and reporting of campaign results for targeted performance enhancement
• Close cooperation with other marketing departments and active use of data-based insights (e.g. Google Analytics, KPI frameworks)
