Job Description
Forward Financing is a fast-growing financial technology company investing in small businesses. They are seeking a Lead Analyst, Operational Strategy to drive underwriting efficiency and profitability through analytics, reporting, and cross-functional leadership. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, pipeline optimization, and mentorship of junior analysts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in underwriting, risk analysis, operations strategy, finance, or related analytical fields.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership through data storytelling and recommendations.
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong business acumen connecting operational metrics to financial and strategic outcomes.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
