Job Description
Forward Financing is seeking an ambitious Legal Assistant to join their Dispute Resolution Department in Boston, MA. The role involves drafting legal documents, filing demands, and preparing for hearings. The position offers hybrid work flexibility (1 day/week in office), is directly supervised by an in-house counsel, and focuses on recovering on defaulted contracts from small businesses. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Working knowledge of Word
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel (preferred)
